Moviemap is operated by Danilo Tanic, based in Serbia. These terms govern your use of moviemap.com and the related Moviemap service. By using the service, you agree to these terms. For questions, contact hey@finetune.co.

What Moviemap provides

Moviemap helps you explore movie and TV catalogs, check availability across countries and streaming services, and request availability alerts. Moviemap does not itself stream, rent or sell the listed movies or TV shows. Viewing a title may require a separate account, subscription, payment or permission from the relevant provider.

Availability, prices, release dates, country coverage and offer types come from third-party sources and can be incomplete, delayed or changed without notice. Check the provider's current terms, price and availability before subscribing or purchasing. A listing is not a guarantee that you can watch a title from your location or with your current subscription.

Accounts

Some features require a Moviemap account using Google sign-in. Keep your Google account secure, provide accurate information and do not use someone else's identity. You are responsible for activity you authorize through your account.

You can sign out through the account menu. To request deletion of your account and related personal information, contact hey@finetune.co. Sign-out does not delete your account or cancel saved alerts. Our Privacy Policy explains data use, retention and rights.

Requested availability alerts

When you select Notify me, you choose the relevant title, countries, services and offer types and ask Moviemap to email you about matching availability changes.

Subscriptions normally remain active after a notification, allowing later matching additions to generate another email. Existing availability is normally recorded as a starting baseline without an immediate alert; removals alone do not normally produce an alert. Editing preferences can establish a new baseline.

You can manage or remove a title's subscription through its notification controls. An alert email's unsubscribe link removes that title's subscription. It does not delete your account or cancel every other subscription.

Checks depend on third-party availability data and service operation. Moviemap cannot promise a notification immediately at a release time, a notification for every change, or successful inbox delivery. Provider delays, email filtering and temporary failures can affect timing or delivery. Removing a subscription cannot recall email already accepted for delivery.

Acceptable use

Use Moviemap lawfully. Do not disrupt the service, bypass access controls, impersonate others, harvest personal information, send spam, or use the service to infringe another person's privacy or intellectual-property rights. Do not use automated requests in a way that harms service availability or violates applicable content rights.

Content and third-party services

Moviemap uses TMDB content and associated availability information. Moviemap is not endorsed or certified by TMDB. Movie and TV artwork, trademarks and other third-party material remain the property of their respective owners.

You may use the service for personal discovery and availability checks. These terms do not transfer ownership of Moviemap software or third-party content or grant rights to redistribute material beyond applicable permissions or law.

Linked services operate independently and have their own terms and privacy practices. A link does not mean Moviemap controls or endorses that service.

Availability, changes and suspension

We may maintain, change or discontinue features and may restrict accounts that breach these terms or threaten the service. Where appropriate, we provide notice and an opportunity to address a problem, except where immediate action is needed for security or legal reasons.

The service is provided as available, without a promise of uninterrupted operation or complete and accurate third-party information. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, or limits mandatory consumer rights.

We will publish changes to these terms here and update the date above. Where required by law or appropriate for a material change, we will provide additional notice before it takes effect. Changes do not remove rights you already have under applicable law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Serbia, subject to any mandatory protections and rights available under the law that applies to you. This does not remove a consumer's right to bring a claim in a court available under applicable mandatory law.

If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
